cancellations affect us significantly. The following terms apply to cancellations of secured reservations:
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the official contact channels on our
Website. Refunds will be processed according to the tiered cancellation timeframe provided to you during the
booking confirmation.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the Guest House on your scheduled check-in date without prior written
communication will result in the immediate forfeiture of the entire booking amount, and the room will be
released for re-booking.
Early Departures: No refunds or credits will be issued for premature departures or unused nights during your
confirmed stay.
4. House Rules, Check-in, & Check-out
To ensure a premium, peaceful, and safe environment for all guests, the following standard policies apply to staying
residents:
Check-in Time: Standard arrival is permitted from 14:00 PM onwards, or as coordinated prior to arrival. Valid
proof of identification (Identity Document or Passport) must be presented upon check-in.
Check-out Time: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for professional
housekeeping. Delayed departures may incur additional hourly penalties.
Behavior and Decorum: We maintain a strict policy against excessive noise, illegal substances, and behavior
that disrupts the tranquility of other guests. Management reserves the unambiguous right to immediately evict
any guest violating these guidelines without a refund.
Smoking and Pet Policies: All indoor facilities are strictly non-smoking. Pets are not permitted on the premises
